Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days under the conditions below.

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending an item back.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Items must be returned in original condition, without damage, alterations, missing parts or signs of misuse.
• If an item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Custom or personalized items may require review before a return or exchange can be accepted.
